As I wrote in my last blogpost I decided to change the story for my first children´s book. I was looking for something more adventurous and more fantastical.
So here is a glimpse of things to come: It´s a double page out of my sketchbook with very early sketches and notes for a story with a hidden fairy residence, magical portals, little fairy creatures and of course some villains! And: A Knautbold will have an appearance in the story as well, so it is not a story that is suitable for little children any more. Though there won´t be a Phran in the story, because I think that this would be too much for children. But there will be two new fairy races. One of these fairy tribes is called Wan Tau and I still have not found the name of the second fairy tribe that is featured in the story – the evil ones!
I am currently writing the second version of the story and I am very happy about how everything is coming out. So stay tuned 🙂

Thank you very much, illustratornate. I usually have some images in my head and then the story builds itself somehow by itself around them. Most of the story comes while I am doodling around in my sketchbooks 🙂
