A big thank you goes to everybody who took the time to complete the survey I launched three weeks ago. It was of really great help and I have already painted the book cover illustration which got the most votes.

Now I will announce the winner of the original watercolour illustration of a Knautbold which is featured in my fairytale book.

I wrote the names of each participant on a piece of paper, making sure that the names were unique and every name had an email address attached to the entry.

Then I put all the lots into a bowl, stired it gently and picked one of them. I know that there are services like rafflecopter which do this online, but I wanted to do this by hand, this time. 🙂 #oldschool 🙂
